In this episode I will be joined by Melissa Harville-LeBron, the first African American woman to own a developmental racing team in NASCAR's Whelen All-American Series, Division 1; E2 Northeast Motorsports, which is also the first multi-cultural sibling NASCAR team.

A consummate business woman, Melissa, is the Founder and CEO of W.M. Stone Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of a total of three businesses of which she owns.  She is a determined and dedicated single mother of 7 and a native of Staten Island, NY.

During the interview, Melissa will talk about some of the people and experiences that have made her the woman she is today, like her work as a corrections officer at Rikers Island, being mentored by lifetime friend and legendary hip hop DJ, Red Alert, as she pursued a career in the entertainment industry,  or how her introduction to producer Jay Ellis, solidified her drive to one day be a boss. Melissa will discuss the challenge of living with asthma, and the decision she made to take control of her health and her destiny.  She will demonstrate how faith, determination, and hard work helped her to achieve the seemingly impossible.

In this episode of Six Weeks to Fitness, I will be joined by Kobie Randolph, the newest edition to TVOne's hit reality series, "Hollywood Divas".  During the interview, Kobie will share what it’s like working opposite Golden Brooks, the show’s primary character.  Kobie will also share what life was like growing up in Memphis, Tennessee, attending Tennessee State College and owning his own night club at the age of 22.  Kobie’s meteoric rise to fame was chronicled in his critically acclaimed autobiography, The Champagne Life for which he received an NAACP Image Award nomination. The Champagne Life highlights the relationships Kobie has established with the entertainment industry’s elite and the sacrifices he undertook to establish them.  Kobie will talk about the company he started 4 years ago, called the Randolph Branding Company with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. He will also share what he does to stay healthy and fit while on the go and much more.  This is a very inspiring episode on what you can accomplish in life if you just dream big enough and believe in yourself
