Six Weeks To Fitness

In Episode #25, I am joined by Evalina Irish-Spencer, Coordinator of the Emergency Food Assistance Program and Nutrition & Health Programs for Cornell University Cooperative Extension.  During the interview, Evalina will share a variety of holiday eating and safety tips to ensure that we don't overeat and pack on the extra pounds during this very festive holiday season.  Evalina will also discuss the many programs and services provided by Cornell University Cooperative Extension, including the very popular Kitchens of Faith (KOF), a faith-based feeding ministry for churches.

In this episode I am joined by Brie Bythewood, Real Estate Developer, Philanthropist and former cast member of Bravo TV's "Blood, Sweat and Heels." Debert also points out that there are college scholarships available for African American kids who play golf but not enough kids are taking advantage of this opportunity.
