In this episode, I will be joined by my co-host certified nutrition and diet specialist, Orvel Douglas and our special guest from London, England, Corroll Hall.  Corroll has a history of Obesity, Coronary Heart Disease, high blood pressure and Diabetes in her family and over a year ago, she was diagnosed with raised blood sugar and cholesterol levels, but instead of taking the traditional route of pharmaceuticals to treat these problems, Corroll changed her lifestyle, consulted online with our nutritionist, Orvel Douglas and is now on the road to optimum health.
